I booked a battery change with Tamworth Tyres on the booking day I couldn’t get my car started called the garage to let them know in advance I may be late why I figured out where to get jump leads from the garage member kindly suggested that he could get his son to come out and jump start the car for me so I could get it down to them this kind offer I accepted. What a nice thing to do although not part of the service I have used this garage a number of times over the years normally tyre changes and every time I go they always give great service, advice and are always friendly would definitely recommend these guys and thanks again for helping me out today

Unprofessional job…I went to them today with a flat tire and they determined that the valve was leaking. They said it would cost £20 to replace it. After replacing it they installed the tire without using tire sealant I asked if can use sealant and they said”this is different service and will cost £10 more”…. and on the end they fitted the tire without doing a balance!!!! So they charged £30 to fit new valve and no balance….

Took my car to have a suspected puncture repair on both front tyres having been advised by Audi during routine service that I had nails in both front tyres. The guys at Tamworth tyres were real helpful, got car in straight away checked the tyres only to find that they were stones not nails Did not charge me for their time …would not hesitate to recommend this garage superb service pleasant helpful staff Will definitely return for any future tyres needed

I ordered my tyres online. When I checked out to secure a time slot and pay, a sign came up saying “we don’t take payment until the day, when the works done” perfect. My appointment was 8:30am, I got there too early, one of the lads knocked on my window to see if I needed assistance and then they proceeded to change my tyre (the specific one I ordered online) really quickly. I guess I was in and out within 20minutes. Great service, great guys. Thank you 😊

Really positive experience. I got a puncture on the motorway on Friday night. I called my usual tyre repair/replacement centre, plus another large garage, neither of which could help. I rely on my car and needed it for work on the following Monday. I asked my mechanic, he recommended Tamworth Tyres. I called them at 0847 on Saturday morning and spoke to a polite person on the phone who booked me in at 0930 the same day. I drove straight past the tyre centre to begin with, even though it's clearly marked. My tyre needed replacing, I was shown the tyre, and why it couldn't be repaired (the damage was too close to the side wall, I knew this to be accurate). They gave me a good price, including fitting, which was in line with what my research had suggested would be an appropriate price. They didn't try to sell me expensive tyres. They priced a similar tyre to what was originally there. The tyre was replaced immediately, and I paid in the kiosk with card. I was back on the road at about 1000. Thank you.

DONT USE THIS GARAGE!!! Previous reviewer isn’t wrong about this place! I went for a puncture repair was told to come back after 2 as there too busy? when I went back at 3.45pm they told me too late now we close at 4? I have a puncture on my car??? I said it’s quarter to and the response was well it’s takes 20min to do a repair?? If I was buying a tyre they had in stock I don’t think it would of been too late!!! I have used this place a fair bit over last 12 months had 2 tyres off them other month but when you want a puncture repair they don’t want too know as they ain’t earning enough money out of you. Not good customer care! Trust me I don’t write reviews often the gaffer here is a lazy greedy person and I wouldn’t even bother trying to try somewhere else in Tamworth

Do not use. Been twice now and on both occasions they’ve taken the tyres off my car and then said they don’t have stock and need to order. It’s not rocket science to check first. Wasted my time and theirs. Went to ONE STOP TYRES better service and £10 cheaper too.

I took my car to them to have the wheels aligned. Car came out with the steering wheel out of line. Was told to take the car back after a couple of days once it settles down if the steering wheel is still out. This should have been done at the time. I can't trust them again after this and shall take the car elsewhere, preferably to a competent workshop. Very shoddy to say the least!

I feel sorry for any mechanic that has me as a customer as I just don’t trust them. I can’t help it, I am a woman who has issues when it comes to garages. I’m an easy target. I’m relieved to say that my first encounter with Tamworth Tyres was 100% positive. As well as fixing a new catalytic converter (ouch!), and a flexible pipe on the exhaust (or something like that). My car seems to have been fine. They even topped up my oil and tyre pressures and I’m sure the screen wash was fuller. Ryan and Tyler were also really friendly. I’m very happy with the service I received and there’s a nice little cafe across the road to wait for the work to be done.

Very professional, very helpful, not condescending towards female customers at all. Have used Tamworth Tyres for years, this year they managed to arrange an MOT for me, the member of staff even said that they would come in early the next day for me, to bring the vehicle in early so they could have a quick look over incase there was anything that needed a quick look at prior to the MOT. One of the TT members of staff drove the vehicle to the MOT garage and back, I was kept informed all along and to top it off, luckily, they were able to fit me in the same day for the work that needed doing. Reasonable price, friendly staff and if you have any work done at Tamworth Tyres, be sure to pick up one of their £5 off vouchers from their office.
