Was impressed with the service I received when I took my car in. Quick service to replace a tire, in and out in 10 minutes. However, started experiencing problems with steering pulling to the left after the replacement. Called Tamworth Tyres, and was greeted with a very unhelpful member of staff who batted me off to a mechanic at the first opportunity. Not offering to simply do a check for installation-related issues is poor. A real shame, as I would have definitely used these guys again but really disappointed by the customer service there.

I’d like to say a big thank you to Pete for today. Excellent service. I had a screw in my tire which he repaired within 20 minutes excellent price at £20. Also thank you for your advice on other questions I had . Would definitely recommend. Will , always use in the future. Thank you pete

I had a flat tyre outside the shop luckily. I came in very panicked as I had things to do and a child to pick up and within 20 minutes I was fixed and on my way! I couldn’t have been more grateful and I was also given some great advice about my other tyres for the future. Would 100% recommend, they saved my day!

Got me booked in within a couple of days, great price for a high spec tyre, replaced quickly and provided an honest opinion regarding the time frame for my other tyres to be changed. Will continue to come back!
